I'm on a low stress "diet" on doctor's orders. So I'm avoiding all political discussions.

 Republican primaries

I did follow them, almost as a civic duty. And the impression I have is that the party is being lead by the Tea Party. It is beginning to sound like their religion is "Patriotism", their sacred document the Constitution.
Religion is seeming to support their political values and personal values rather than listening to the words of Jesus
