TLC Preschool has been open since September 20, 2000, and has grown from serving just a few children to serving approximately 35 families. The mission of the Preschool is to provide a quality educational experience for children in a safe, Christian environment where they will receive personal, loving care. Our staff specializes in the care and educational development of children three to five and before-and after-school care for Kindergarten and possibly elementary aged children.

Christian values such as kindness, sharing, and honesty are incorporated into everyday learning activities, along with developmental skills in Reading, Writing, Math and Science. We teach a readiness curriculum, have weekly themes that include Bible tie-ins, phonics and focus on skills and concepts needed for success in kindergarten. We have weekly music time with Pastor and his guitar. Our Church organist, Carolyn Grenzow, sings with the children as well. Children thrive in this fun and loving environment.
A morning and afternoon snack is provided. The children bring their lunch. Younger children attending all day are encouraged to take a nap in our quiet-time, teacher supervised nap room.
Denise Monaghan has been the Director for over 8 years. Many of our staff have been with us for at least five years and have extensive experience teaching. Our staff includes: Nataly Jiminez, Anna Nevarez, and Kathy Miller in addition to director Denise Monaghan.
