A group of Thrivent members from Turtle Lake went to work to improve the aesthetics and accessibility of a Cattail Wildlife Marsh by selective grooming and thinning of trees, installing benches, and creating a walking trail. |

June 12, 2010 Thrivent Night at the BrewersIt is time to think baseball and go to a Brewers vs. Texas Rangers game on June 12. Plan now to go - watch for more information to follow. Or you can email her at pmartha@netscape.net Be sure to leave your name, number of people attedning, if you want the chapter to arrange a bus or prefer to drive yourself. If there is enough interest the chapter will pursue this as a bus trip. | |

While there is no funding specifically allocated for Join Hands Day this year, your chapter still may participate through the Care Abounds in Communities® program. Send Community Service Team Request for Funding Questionnaire to Carolyn Popple, 613 N 3rd Street, Cameron, WI 54822
Find activity ideas and order T-shirts and other promotional merchandise on the Join Hands Day website. Chapter operational funds may be used to order these types of materials.
