Been kinda drained lately. Not sure what the deal is, so I started taking vitamins ~ maybe just a slump??? But I have been otherwise busy, not letting myself stay cooped up. Bird and I went to HEB shopping yesterday and we have an outing planned which we will either go to today (a motorcycle race which has a live band tonight and swimming hole!) and take the camper or we will go tomorrow. The only thing that deters me at this point is the heat. It's unbearable. I am thinking that since we had a major storm last night, maybe, just maybe it cooled things off. I don't want to be loading up the camper, etc. in 100 degree heat, so we'll see. There are other friends who want us to go today and take the camper and they will stay w/us, so they could help with a speedy cleanup/takedown.... we'll see. Also, I don't want to leave my dog out in 100 degree heat two days in a row.... it's bad enough that he will be out in it tomorrow while we go to the actual race. We'll see what shakes out...

Bird and I rented the PS game Scooby Doo, 100 frights.... and we are getting pretty far in it... also, our neighbor kid has really been helping us alot with the game. I make the kids take turns getting thru levels and when one of them hits a hard part and cannot get thru, give the other kid a shot at it. You should see the faces when they make it thru the level. Of course, I am on the couch with my hands in my mouth and really get excited for them when they get thru the difficult stuff. I even danced the jig for them. The neighbor kid tells me his Mom isn't into PS games, and then he started quizzing me about what I like to do (shopping, etc.) and when I would answer yes, I like to do that, he would say, "My Mom don't". Too funny of a kid. Not shy in the least. His Mom has lots to do right now with trying to move in and finish up the inside of the house, so no wonder she isn't into much. I try to take the neighbor kid as much as possible for her, until the kids start fighting. I have told them both to knock it off.... but kids will be kids.

VERY PROUD of my sister graduating from UT w/ a BS....... more than I can do at this point in my life and she does it all and also she looks as though she doesn't have a flaw, although I know better and shut my mouth...... she is extremely motivating to me and I love her w/all my heart...... ALWAYS WILL ~ AND HERE IS TO YOU, MARIANNA...... I LOVE U, truly I do, signed "one shoe" (my indian name)

I used to have a blog, but got gun shy ~ gave it up to the fact that I gave to much info into who I was on the previous blog and want to leave my last name and last job behind me. Learned who I was from doing a google on myself and (professional name) and found my PERSONAL blog...... nah, no way

I do have a new song ~ and I truly love this country song "you'll think of me" (take your cap and leave my sweater, cause we got nothing left to weather)

I haven't been able to stray away from the country scene since arriving here and getting introduced to it by my favorite niece and her words of wisdom.......

Also, this leaves me to my quest in life.... would you like to go to various bars on any given night dressed in superhero costumes.... wouldn't that be great.... you be catwoman and I will be one of the supertwins, "WONDERTWIN POWERS ~ ACTIVATE"

Wonder if my cousin would do this ~ already started my poll on who will join my silly self and my favorite niece is one of them.... yeah, baby! Wonder who she takes after??? She may make fun of me or call me wild, but willing to join in??? Hello niece.............
