The stained glass windows are completed at St. John's Lutheran Church in Dowagiac, Michigan!
The stained glass window project took about seven years to finish will be dedicated on Feb 9th, 2008. Thanks be to God for his blessings that have been showered on our church. Many individuals and families helped on the windows. Our son who was stationed in Germany USAF, came home during Christmas and helped cut glass. Our youngest daughter cut her first piece of glass when she was just 6 years old! Each of our seven children were able to help with this project. They have great memories of cutting glass! Jeff helped with cutting, lighting and leading. Designing the windows to help restless children was one of her goals in creating the bible stories.
"Designing the largest, front window was the most difficult as we had no room in our farm house to layout the pattern. Our local high school, Michigan Lutheran, let us use their stage floors to finish the designs. What a blessing this project has been for our family!"

Noah's Ark, this was the 3rd window unit to be completed. It features: the Ark, Mt. Arat mountainside, Panda Bears (signifying east meeting west), Rainbow, and Dove. The bottom window has three animals. Picking out the glass for the giraffe was difficult but the finished result is fantastic! | |

Members of our church, from ages 5-90+ helped with the stained glass project. Our pastor, Jeff Weber, was fantastic in completing this project along with his entire family. You must see these windows if your in Southwestern Michigan area! Even at night, the church windows are breathtaking. |
