         Adapt monitoring to include support of clustered SQL Servers using Microsoft Cluster Service.

         Initiate and interpret performance and tuning data using NT Performance Monitor and SQL traces created using SQL Profiler.

         Provide suggestions to engineering teams on configuration requirements of SQL Server and required hardware.

 

8 years experience as a Microsoft corporate professional:

         Deep exposure to Microsoft products and the wide range of its uses and functions.

         Heavy use of email and dependance on Microsoft Office suite of products for management of work.

         Expectation to support Early Adopter Program and beta versions of software.

         High customer demand/expectation for assumed/expected in-depth knowledge of product line and features.

         Data center enterprise of over 2000 NT-based servers including 400 SQL Servers worldwide in 8 locations.
