Winter-time and the weather is nippy!!
Not much snow, but cold this week. Temps have ranged from 20+ below to 8 above!! Nippy on the nose and toes if you're not dressed for it. Would be fine if it weren't windy besides!! It's a good time to enjoy coffee with friends and family whether here at home or in town. I love these times!!

February - the month to send special greetings
The days fly by and there's plenty to keep busy helping Mom get ready for moving. We have special Sweetheart and Valentine Dinners to attend this weekend, one with Eli showcasing his puppetry and one with Kiaya and her H.S. choir entertaining us. Eli's is a fund-raiser for the Hope Lutheran Church Youth and Kiaya's a fund raiser for the H.S. choir trip to Washington D.C. in June. Of course, there's also time for smiles and big hugs from little Mr. Garrett that just warm a person's heart. It's so nice to be loved!!
