Our first goal is to help each child develop a strong sense of worth. We feel that each child is a unique and special person created and loved by God. With such a sense of personal value, each child can relate to others and understand their responsibility to a group. In sharing toys, time and people, children learn to find constructive ways to deal with anger, joy, frustration, happiness and disappointment. These social experiences are continually being nurtured through language, math, science and music. Finally, songs, stories, and mealtime prayer. We believe that where a Christian atmosphere is present, the teaching of religion comes naturally in the beauty and wonder of nature, in music and art where one can express joy and thanks for God's gifts or in a hug that shows acceptance and forgiveness.
