About this Site
My name is Phyllis. I am setting up this site for the purpose of sharing my hobby with others. I am currently an oil painter who has retired from "Thrivent" after fifteen years (remember AAL). I remember many fun times with the company traveling with friends from Mission Viejo, California to Appleton Wisconsin. Most of these trips were monumental memory events. I also spent seven years working out of the Wichita office and have many wonderful memories of the many warm people of Marion, McPherson, Chase Counties, as well as the fun with my fellow workers. Today I am retired and living in Kansas and have taken up the art of oil painting. While I could type lots about our trips to Appleton, I cannot paint those scenes.
