has been drumming for nearly 35 years! He earned his Bachelor of Music from Shenandoah Conservatory of Music (now Shenandoah University) in 1992, and has performed at resorts, jazz clubs, hotels, and local restaurant's including the Homestead Resort located in Hot Springs Virginia. Jim has been a fixture on the Philadelphia jazz scene for 15 years, performing with some of the best talent in the region. As a private instructor, his students have won auditions for local and regional band competitions, and been accepted into college music programs around the country. Jim has also appeared on national radio and television programs, recorded commercial jingles, as well as playing on serveral recordings.
